Le Sea Sun & Swing 2026 a établi un règlement d’ordre intérieur afin de garantir un maximum de sécurité et de respect dans et en dehors de l’événement.

Sea Sun & Swing 2026 has established internal regulations in order to ensure maximum safety and respect during and outside of the event.

1. MINORS:
We do not provide supervision of underage participants during their stay.
If a minor attends the event as an accompanying person:
– They will remain under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardian(s).
If a minor attends the event as a trainee, the following is required:
– A parental authorization form releasing Sea, Sun & Swing (and the Sea, Sun & Swing organization) from any responsibility must be attached to their registration.
– They must be accompanied during the workshop by one of their parents or an authorized person.

2. CLASS CHECK-IN:
At the beginning of each class, trainees will be asked to show their wristband. Any participant with an invalid wristband will be denied entry to the class.
At the end of each class, all trainees must leave the room so that the next class can be checked.

3. THEFT OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
Sea, Sun & Swing (and the Sea, Sun & Swing organization) cannot be held responsible for theft of participants’ personal belongings.
It is strongly recommended not to bring valuable items and to remain vigilant.

4. SMOKING BAN:
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden inside all Sea, Sun & Swing premises.

5. LIABILITY:
Sea, Sun & Swing cannot be held liable for any physical or material damage caused or suffered by anyone during classes, activities, shows, social dancing, or travel to and from the event.
Each participant must have personal liability insurance.
Sea, Sun & Swing is not responsible for theft/damage that may occur in the event parking lot or outside the premises.

6. SCHEDULE:
The schedule may be modified if necessary (changes, cancellations, illness or injury of an instructor…). In such cases, class times or teachers may be changed. No refund can be requested for these reasons.

7. LOST & FOUND:
If you lose any items and we find them, we will keep them for one month after the event. After this period, they will be donated to charities.

8. DANCE FLOORS:
Please respect the dance floors. Remember to wear clean and appropriate shoes.

9. THE VENUE AS A WHOLE:
Respect the venue: dance floors, other areas of the complex, the entrance, and surrounding spaces. Sea, Sun & Swing reserves the right to ask anyone to leave in case of inappropriate behavior that could disrupt the smooth running of the event or disturb participants.

10. FOOD & DRINKS:
Sea, Sun & Swing provides bars and food options during the event, as well as designated areas where you can eat without disturbing the dancers. Priority in these areas should be given to trainees consuming on site.
Please respect the designated food/drink areas and avoid eating or drinking during social dancing, on the dance floors, or in non-designated spaces.

11. PAYMENT, BOOKING, AND CANCELLATION TERMS

A. BOOKING
Prices shown are per person.
After registering through the form, you will receive an email confirming your pre-registration and providing payment instructions. Once your payment is received within 7 business days, you will receive a confirmation email of your participation. If you are placed on the waiting list, you will retain the price you registered with, even if a price increase occurs during this period.

B. PAYMENT & INVOICING
You will be notified by email once your payment has been received, which confirms your participation.
One payment = guaranteed participation. Registration alone is not sufficient.
Payments can be made via:
• Bank transfer (details sent by email)
• PayPal to info@seasunswing.net (Important: select payment to a friend; otherwise, additional fees will apply)
• Directly to the organization (for local dancers only).

C. REFUND POLICY
Beware of scammers attempting to sell fake passes online!
– We are not responsible if your flight, train, or other transport is canceled for any reason, and we cannot refund you for this.
– We are not responsible if you become ill or injured before the event, and we cannot refund you for this.
– However, we may accept the transfer of a pass to another person under the following conditions:
• You must contact us to verify the seller’s information and the validity of the pass.
• The buyer must purchase the same pass / have the same role / be in the same level.
• You must contact us and provide the new participant’s details.
• Payment for the pass must be arranged directly between seller and buyer.
